Corporate Video for Andries Windows and Doors: Craftsmanship in the Spotlight

At Lowlite, we translate passion for the craft into compelling imagery. For Andries Windows and Doors, a family business with over 45 years of experience in Ertvelde (Ghent), we created a corporate video that tells the full story. From the meticulous selection of high-quality wood to the high-tech machinery: we brought the production process of premium exterior joinery to life.

Andries is synonymous with quality and innovation. Through the use of professional video production, we helped them visually reinforce their promise of durability and service. Whether it is showcasing CNC-controlled processes or the refined finish provided by a painting robot: our video serves as the ultimate visual business card for their clients and partners.

Our Approach

A corporate video for the manufacturing industry in 4 phases:

  • Phase 1: Story analysis and heritage check
  • Phase 2: Scripting and visualization of the production process
  • Phase 3: Video production in the workshop in Ertvelde
  • Phase 4: Editing and post-production with an eye for detail

How we filmed the success story of Andries Windows and Doors

Phase 1: Story analysis and heritage check

A company that has existed for 45 years has a soul. For Andries in Ertvelde, we started with an in-depth analysis:

  • What makes their craftsmanship unique compared to the competition?
  • How do they combine the tradition of woodworking with modern technology?
  • What role does the team play in the customer's quality experience? In this phase, we laid the foundation for a script that doesn't just show machines, but primarily the passion and pride of the people behind the product.

Phase 2: Scripting and visualization of the process

The goal was to show the complete 'customer journey' within the production hall. We designed a storyboard that focuses on:

  • The transformation of raw wood into a finished window or door.
  • Visualizing the CNC-controlled processes that guarantee precision.
  • The focus on the painting robot for a perfect, durable finish. This preparation ensured that we could give every part of the complex joinery process a stage in the final corporate film.

Phase 3: Video production in Ertvelde (Production)

During the filming days in the modern workshop in the Ghent region, we captured the essence:

  • Dynamic shots of the advanced machinery in action.
  • Close-ups of the artisanal actions that remain essential for custom work.
  • Capturing the atmosphere on the shop floor, where tradition and technology meet. Our videographer ensured images that make the precision of the exterior joinery tangible for the viewer.

Phase 4: Editing and post-production

In the final phase, we provided a finish just as sleek as Andries' windows:

  • Color grading that balances the natural warmth of the wood with the sterility of the technology.
  • A rhythm in the editing that reflects the efficiency of the production process.
  • Adding graphics that further emphasize the USPs (such as 45 years of experience and custom craftsmanship). The result is a high-quality corporate video that confirms Andries Windows and Doors' position as a benchmark in the sector.
