Mitiska REIM – Polish Real Estate Portfolio

For Mitiska REIM, we produced a video focusing on Poland: a market brimming with potential. Using powerful drone footage and a compelling voice-over, we showcase the growth, scale, and vision behind their projects. The video clearly illustrates Mitiska’s strategy and core strengths, inspiring investors to recognize opportunities, gain confidence in Mitiska’s approach, and take the next step toward collaboration.

Corporate Investment Film: Mitiska REIM’s Real Estate Portfolio in Poland

At Lowlite, we translate complex international investment strategies into compelling visual stories. For Mitiska REIM, the European market leader in retail parks headquartered in Groot-Bijgaarden, we produced an in-depth 15-minute corporate film. This production offers a comprehensive overview of their vast portfolio in Poland, the partnership with Karuzela Holding, and the economic drivers behind their success.

A project of this scale requires tight direction. While the film is driven by the expertise in Groot-Bijgaarden, the focus remains on the Polish growth market. From behind-the-scenes footage at Karuzela to extensive virtual property tours at no fewer than 10 different locations across Poland: we captured the complete picture. The film is anchored by a professional voice-over, supported by animated charts, map animations, and custom motion graphics to make complex market data instantly accessible to investors.

Our Approach

An international investment film in 5 phases:

  • Phase 1: Strategic script and market analysis (Groot-Bijgaarden to Poland)
  • Phase 2: On-site production: 6 Virtual Property Tours in Poland, filmed at 10 locations
  • Phase 3: Visual partnership: Featuring Karuzela Holding
  • Phase 4: Data visualization: Motion graphics, maps, and charts
  • Phase 5: Long-form editing and technical post-production

How we filmed Mitiska REIM’s Polish success story

Phase 1: Strategic script and market analysis

For a 15-minute film, the script is the absolute backbone. Starting from the vision of the headquarters in Groot-Bijgaarden, we wrote a narrative that dissects the Polish market:

  • Why Poland? Analysis of the favorable economic climate and the growing number of shoppers.
  • Translating the complex investment vision into a persuasive story for international stakeholders.
  • The focus lies entirely on the power of the imagery and the guiding role of the professional voice-over.

Phase 2: International production and 6 Virtual Property Tours

Our crew traveled to Poland for an intensive filming period. We visited 10 different locations to showcase the diversity and scale of the portfolio:

  • Realization of extensive tours per site with cinematographic footage.
  • Capturing the local dynamics, the architecture, and the commercial appeal of each retail park.
  • Use of drone footage to emphasize the strategic location of all 10 sites.

Phase 3: Visual partnership: Karuzela Holding

An essential part of the Polish growth strategy is the collaboration with Karuzela Holding. We visually captured their role without interviews, but through observation:

  • Filming in the modern offices of Karuzela, capturing the team at work.
  • A look behind the scenes that underscores the professionalism and the close bond with Mitiska REIM.
  • These images provide a human face to the numbers and strengthen investor confidence.

Phase 4: Data visualization and Custom Motion Graphics

To keep the 15-minute film informative and engaging, we invested heavily in animation:

  • Map Animations: Custom-made maps that clarify the geographical distribution throughout Poland.
  • Animated charts: Visual representation of economic data and returns.
  • Animated segments: Professional transitions that seamlessly connect the different chapters of the film.
  • Custom Motion Graphics: Digital overlays highlighting the key technical USPs during the tours.

Phase 5: Long-form editing and post-production

The final phase was merging the 10 locations, the graphics, and the voice-over into an international calling card:

  • Editing focused on a professional and inspiring rhythm.
  • The voice-over acts as the central narrator, taking the viewer from the strategy in Groot-Bijgaarden to the reality in Poland.
  • High-quality color grading and sound design for a rock-solid result.
